Important: TheCareers is currently an independently operated beta project based in Kuwait. It is not represented as a registered company, employment agency, employer, or guarantor of any vacancy.

1. Acceptance

By using TheCareers, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

TheCareers is a job-search and career-information platform that may index, organize, rank, summarize or link to job opportunities from official and third-party sources. TheCareers does not employ candidates, make hiring decisions, or guarantee interviews or employment.

3. External job listings

Job availability, descriptions, deadlines and application requirements are controlled by the original publisher. Users should verify important details on the official destination before applying. External links may change or expire without notice.

4. Accounts

If account registration is enabled, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Accounts may be restricted for abuse, fraud, security threats, automated misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break applicable law, bypass security measures, interfere with service operation, harvest personal data unlawfully, impersonate others, upload malicious content, or conduct abusive automated activity.

6. User content

If features allow CVs, notes, profiles or other user content, you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit and for having the right to submit it.

7. Intellectual property and licences

TheCareers branding, interface and original platform content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party company names, logos, job descriptions and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. Fonts, images, icons and other third-party assets used directly by TheCareers must be used under an applicable licence or permission, with attribution retained where required.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on a beta basis and may change, pause, restrict or discontinue features. We may correct listings, remove low-quality sources, or change ranking and matching logic.

9. No professional guarantee

Search results, relevance scores, rankings, summaries and AI-generated assistance are informational tools. They are not guarantees of suitability, eligibility, salary, immigration status, hiring outcome, or legal advice.

10. Reviews, claims and published metrics

TheCareers must not publish fabricated testimonials or reviews. Public claims, source counts, uptime figures, job totals, verification labels and performance metrics should be based on current system data or a documented source. Demo or placeholder values must not be presented as verified live facts.

11. Fees, refunds and hidden charges

The public beta does not currently offer a paid checkout flow. There are therefore no purchase fees or refund terms attached to the current public job-search interface. If paid services are introduced, the total price, recurring nature (if any), cancellation method and applicable refund terms must be shown clearly before purchase; hidden or undisclosed charges are not permitted.

12. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheCareers is not responsible for decisions made by third-party employers, expired or inaccurate external listings, external-site conduct, or indirect losses resulting from reliance on third-party job information.

13. Applicable framework

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer/data-protection requirements in the State of Kuwait. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes and contact
